Real Estate Broker
We're seeking three full-time Chicago Real Estate Brokers to join our growing brokerage!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Chicago residential buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords
- Receive and close web leads, referrals and co-lists
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help clients determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Qualifications:
- Full-time
- Licensed IL real estate broker in good standing
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
