Wetherholt and Associates is a Puget Sound based building envelope (roofing/exterior walls/waterproofing) consulting firm looking for seasonal and year-round Field Inspectors. Work performed on new and existing buildings.

Qualified applicants must possess the ability to clearly communicate and work well with people of a diverse background.

Tasks require competent documentation of daily site events in a written report. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, as is a working knowledge of MS Word, BlueBeam/Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook. Candidates should be prepared for walking on large constructions sites, uneven terrain, height work (i.e., ladders, scaffolding, lifts), and adverse weather.

You must have your own reliable transportation (paid mileage), a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Successful candidates must be able to quickly grasp new concepts and cannot possess a fear of heights. You must be able to work independently and within time constraints. Candidates should have the ability to carry or transport equipment and tools required for inspections and on-site assessments.

We provide training, support, ongoing education, and supervision. The company provides a laptop, camera, cellphone, and PPE for use in performing inspections.

Job sites are primarily in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston Counties.

Mandatory Drug Testing Upon Hiring. Starting pay $25-28/hour. Wetherholt and Associates offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Depending on your employment status, benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid holidays.

No experience necessary, paid training

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
