As a Public Relations Specialist specializing in social media, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public perception and brand image of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, influencers, and the wider audience through various social media platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing teams to create compelling content that resonates with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Curation:
    • Develop and curate engaging content for social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
    • Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content.
  • Influencer Engagement:
    • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
    • Leverage influencer partnerships to amplify our brand message and reach a wider audience.
    • Coordinate influencer campaigns and track their impact on brand awareness.
  • Community Management:
    • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
    • Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers and addressing their needs.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
    • Maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice in all communications.
  • Creative Campaigns:
    • Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Collaborate with influencers and customers to create user-generated content.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
    • Use data to optimize social media strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and influencer relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
