Project Manager

Our Restoration Company has provided quality clean up and restoration to homes and businesses damaged by water, mold and fire.

This individual will develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and subcontractors while maintaining positive communication with the customer. You will serve as the primary liaison between all involved and coordinate daily work for the crew chiefs and technicians. Must also ensure that all employees perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work related accidents.

Highly qualified candidates will have a proven track record in customer service, restoration/construction management, sales, time management and leadership. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Salary plus commission!

Job Requirements
~ Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of property damage restoration preferred.
~ Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, as all work requires a sense of urgency.
~ Proficient in the use of Xactimate, and Windows applications preferred.
~ Self Starter with excellent follow-through and problem solving skills.
