Construction and Development Organization is seeking to hire a Project Manager Admin. Some of the qualifications we are seeking are as follows:

Organization: Organization is another important skill for an assistant to have, as it can help you keep track of multiple tasks and projects at once. It’s important to be able to prioritize tasks and organize files and documents so you can find what you need when you need it.

Communication: Communication is the act of conveying information to others. As an assistant, you may be the first point of contact for many people, so it’s important to be able to communicate effectively. This includes both written and verbal communication. You may also be responsible for communicating with other departments or teams, so it’s important to be able to convey information clearly.

Time management: Time management is the ability to plan and execute tasks in a timely manner. As an assistant, you may be responsible for scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing projects. It’s important to be aware of deadlines and how long tasks take to complete. This ensures that you can plan ahead and help your team meet their goals.

  • Drafting and composing letters, memos, and other written communications on behalf of management
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Coordinating with clients to set up meetings, prepare presentations, and arrange travel arrangements
  • Coordinating with outside vendors or suppliers to order materials for projects
  • Maintaining databases or spreadsheets of important project data such as budgets, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinating with human resources to schedule interviews and hire new employees
  • Providing administrative support to top executives by coordinating meetings, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
  • Drafting reports summarizing project results for managers’ review
  • Tracking progress on projects and communicating with team members about issues that arise
