Position
We are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager with meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities to coordinate scientific endeavors across several companies and internal company operations. The project manager will ensure company projects are well-organized, transparent to internal stakeholders, and project milestones are met on time. The Project manager will also ensure there are internal systems for onboarding (client and employees) & delivering client projects that are clear and repeatable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects across different companies within the digital health industry.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines andmilestones.
  • Provide team leadership - serve as the “go-to” person for project management and coordination questions - provide clear direction to all team members; establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met; proactively identify and address potential delays.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Create andmanageworkflows and tools for onboarding clients. managing client projects and internal processes.
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and create organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with and delegate policy/procedure-related tasks to the administrative team, as needed.

Must have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a health-related field.
  • 3+ years experience in project management and/or coordination.
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g. Asana) and G Suite tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in a start-up environment.
  • Master's degree
