Project Manager

We are looking to expand our growing team! We are looking for someone honest, responsible, and reliable with a positive attitude to join our production team!

Job expectations would consist of:

Picking up left over material from job sites and handling returns to suppliers, picking up material delivering to job sites, coordinating roofing inspections with home owners, handling service calls and creating work orders. Hauling equiptors and Dump trailers to designated areas. Inspecting jobs and making sure they are installed at a high quality level etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish

Time management & Customer Service Skills

Maintains strong working knowledge of all products; able to provide in-depth information at a moment’s notice.

Conducts roof inspections following finished project and uploads documentation using Company Cam

Communicates with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints

Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems

Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
