Production Machine Technician

Join our team at The Worth Company, where excellence meets innovation! We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Technician to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of manufacturing orders while exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the availability of required materials for production while maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Conduct thorough inspections of machinery, promptly reporting any faults to superviosrs and collaborating with fellow employees on solutions.

Identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process  and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Perform various tests on products to uphold high-quality standards.

Diagnose, document, and resolve problems related to products, methods, and equipment.

Operate and set up a variety of machines, including the maintenance of department tooling using hand tools, surface grinder, and lathe.

Inspect equipment, tooling, and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications.

Read and interpret part prints and perform quality assurance checks using handheld measuring tools and inspection cameras.

Record and enter production data accurately.

Operate forklift as needed for material handling

Wage: Based on Experience, starting at $17.00/hour. Worth Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package to include health insurance, dental insurance, 401K, profit sharing, vacation and personal time, and Holiday pay.

Hours: Mon-Thur 6:00am to 4:30pm
