Production Artisan - Technician

Techline Technologies, a small business in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a full-time technician to assist in the production of plastic and rubber “Techline Trauma” devices.  The focus is in emergency medical training, and will involve simulations of traumatic human wounds. We primarily serve the military, law enforcement and first responder communities, and are looking for individuals that are supportive of our customer base.

The ideal candidate will be hard-working and production focused.  Craft-making experience is a plus.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.  We are looking for an energetic candidate with a can-do attitude for this hands-on job.  Mechanical ability and craft-painting skills are desirable. The tasks involve detailed painting and assembly, so some manual dexterity is needed. Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. Production experience is desirable.

This is an entry-level, full-time position and is subject to a probationary period of 90 days.  The starting hourly wage is $16.50.  Upon successful completion of the probationary period, there will be a promotion to an hourly wage of $18 with available benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, and retirement savings plan.

Job Duties Include:
Measuring and handling plastic and rubber resins.
Hand-application (painting) of resins into molds.
De-molding, trimming, and finishing product.
Maintaining a clean workstation.
Light product handling, assembly, and packing.
Completing weekly production assignments through self-directed time management.
Other light labor as required.
Overtime hours available when required.

HOURS   6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. M-F
