Job duties will include:
-Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
-Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
-Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
-Organizing, Company and Personal Meetings, events, and conferences
-Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines
-Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
-Managing databases and filing systems
-Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
-Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
-Collating and filing expenses

Miscellaneous tasks may include but are not limited to:
--Various tasks which will require errands
--Light bookkeeping
--Strong social media content creator
--Keep the CEO's office and personal life organized and running smoothly
--Ordering and Scheduling
--Email and phone correspondence


Skills:
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to manage projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Prefer executive support experience in a professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong database management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates maturity, initiative, creativity, discipline, and commitment.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of some real estate experience
Minimum Associates degree, Bachelors Preferred (Not Required)
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must have iPhone
Must be tech-savvy; type 50 wpm
Social Media Savvy
 

PAY: 

$34,000-60,000 based on experience
