Full Time, Experienced, Professional Painter
Position details: Painting Helper
Company: NORTH INDY PRO PAINTERS
Positions we are looking to fill: Painter and Crew Chief
Status: Full-time, 5-6 days / week
Location: Noblesville, IN and surrounding areas
Compensation: $17.50 hour based of qualifications/experience and the role you are hired for
Job details:
Appropriately prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting.
Paint/Stain interior and exterior surfaces (decks, fences, siding, doors, walls, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Communicate with clients in a respectful and professional manner
Complete work efficiently and in the proper sequential order as outlined for the job.
Communicate with the owner daily updates on progress
Requirements:
A GREAT attitude is our primary requirement.
Independent, but able to work well as part of a team when needed
Coachable
Self-motivated
A problem solver
Thorough/detail oriented
Focused on excellence (get the job done right the first time)
Focused on task completion
Strong work ethic
A desire to make money (ie. willing to work full time and additional hours if agreed upon)
Punctual
Responsible
Competent
Friendly
Integrous (you do what you say, when you say you’re going to do it)
MANDATORY Requirements:
You MUST have your own vehicle. You will need a vehicle that you can have at the jobsite during the day so that you can move between job sites if needed
Strong communication skills and fluent english
Enjoy working outdoors
Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
Interior and exterior painting experience
