Summary of the Role:

 

To promote and lead the operative activity of an international start-up company in the field of wellness. This role will require a candidate to have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operations of the lab. The candidate will need to maintain accurate records of all samples and perform data entry into our database with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in hands-on lab duties.
  • Data entry into the database.
  • Inventory management – finished goods and packaging materials
  • Packaging and labeling finished products
  • Organize and document work while maintaining sterility
  • Inventory Management
  • Assisting OPS and Sales team with operational gaps

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail, high organizational skills, and neatness
  • Time management skills and ability to work under tight time constraints
  • Ability to work on multiple software including Microsoft Office and Gmail
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Part-time availability
  • Proficient in Google Spreadsheets
  • Experience in using lab equipment – Preferred
