Responsibilities
Greet patients, verify personal and insurance information.
Answer phone calls/texts and assist in scheduling appointments.
Assist our optometrists with patient intake and pre-exam tests.
Set the stage for eye exams by preparing examination rooms and equipment.
Guide patients through preliminary tests with a friendly, calming demeanor.
Educate patients on proper eye care, contact lens use and follow up care.
Help keep patient records shipshape by documenting examination findings.
Monitor contact lens inventory, assist patients with orders.
Collaborate with and support other team members.
