Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team. As the Operations Manager at C.M. Products, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our day-to-day operations. You'll be at the forefront of managing processes, people, and resources to optimize productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. This position is full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm at our Office in St. Peters.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects of the business. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

· Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of dedicated employees. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and project deadlines.

· Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

· Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain, from procurement to distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials and products.

· Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

· Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.

· Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

· Reporting: Generate and analyze key performance metrics and reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.

· 2 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

· Proficiency in data analysis and use of relevant software tools.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

· Familiarity with industry-standard operational practices and regulations.
