Whole Child provides SLP and OT services to children 0-18 years of age of varying neuro-types. Job Type:
Full/Part-Time

Benefits and Compensation:
-$40.00 - $55.00 per hour DOE
-Paid sick leave

Job Responsibilities:
-Performing evaluations using formal and informal assessment measures
-Establishing treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation
-Maintain timely documentation records
-Providing therapy according to the treatment plan
-Experience/Licensing Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree for COTA
-Master’s or doctorate degree for OT
-Current Washington state licensure, in good standing, to practice occupational therapy
-Demonstrates proficiency in occupational therapy modalities required to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our pediatric client base
-Minimum 1 year work experience preferred in a pediatric setting.

Experience, skills, and knowledge:
-Knowledge of child development, with a focus on development of functional skills as relevant to the scope of practice for occupational therapy.
-Experience in working with children who have neurodevelopmental challenges and/or complex medical needs.
-Demonstrate proficiency in occupational therapy modalities required to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to our pediatric client base
-Awareness of neurodiversity-affirming clinical practices and motivation to support families using this framework.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff, team members, and community.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Self-motivation and confidence to work independently
