SCHOOL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
ABC Therapy has an immediate opening for qualified part-time or full-time licensed OT to work in public schools in Medina County (Lodi area) helping to serve children who have educational and developmental needs. We are seeking a candidate to join our OT team who is service minded, passionate about supporting the success of children, enthusiastic about ongoing learning, and thrives on being part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS
- Holds an Master's degree or higher as an Occupational Therapist from an accredited institution
- Is licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
- Is certified through the Ohio Department of Education to practice as an OT in schools - Preferred
- Has a strong commitment to serving children and others, communicating effectively, facing challenges proactively, and building strong team relationships
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and use of sound clinical reasoning and judgment in all aspects of services
- Has experience as an OT providing services in schools, working with children who have Autism or other developmental challenges, and addressing behavior and sensory challenges
