Attention F1 New Grads

Adex Medical Staffing is a Green Card sponsor and a US employer. Our hospital partners are seeking multiple Registered Nurses (RNs) to work at their hospitals throughout the Tri-State area. Day and Night shifts both available. These are permanent positions, not travel jobs.

Upon acceptance into our program, Adex will sponsor your I-140 petition and place you in a permanent acute-care nursing job.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's physical, psychological, and social needs
• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs.
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and lab data, and report any abnormalities
• Treat patients with a wide variety of needs that are contingent on the severity the patient's illness or injury
• Develop, implement, and revise care plans that reflect patient's diagnosis and outlined standards of care
• Administer medicine and treatment to patients
• Ensure operation of needed equipment such as IVs, feeding tubes, catheters, and oxygen tanks
• Planning and coordinating discharges. Educate patient and family on managing injuries and illnesses to ensure a safe and successful discharge
• Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures and is able to identify areas for clinical and professional growth.
• Document patient history, symptoms, assessments, tests, and care according to guidelines
• Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide all patient care in a manner that reflects respect for patient rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed need

Requirements:

• US licensed RN (any state)
• Degree in Nursing
• BLS
