Nanny

MIAMI BEACH, FL(LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Busy family is seeking a mature professional, and educated FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/MOTHER’S HELPER for their 15-month-old son. The family has experience with nannies and is seeking a nanny who is very experienced and understands child development or early childhood education. The perfect candidate is a self-starter, motivated, can manage their time well, takes pride in their career, loves children, and can help keep their son on his schedule.  The nanny would need to be comfortable relocating with the family during the summer months. The parents still work full-time from home, but they will spend June and July in Northern California and Bozeman, MT. The nanny would live in with the family during this time and have a private room and bathroom. The schedule would remain the same for the nanny and family. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with one of those days as a half day. The nanny will average 35-40 hours/week + overtime as applicable. The family would like to the nanny to have the flexibility for nights and weekends with advanced notice. There are no pets in the home at this time, but the family is looking at getting both a cat and a dog. Candidates should have no pet allergies and enjoy animals.   Duties include all things related to the child, the child's laundry, picking up after the child, cleaning up the dishes after feeding the child, keeping the child’s play area clean/organized, grocery shopping, and cooking healthy meals for the son. A bonus would be if the candidate would be willing to cook for the family on occasion, but not required. The parents enjoy spending their downtime with their son during the day. During those times, the nanny would take the opportunity to balance other duties.   Ideally, the nanny would accompany the family yearly during the summers to California and Bozeman.   The family requires the candidate to pass a Tuberculosis blood test before hire. The nanny should be fully vaccinated and up to date on seasonal vaccinations; flu + covid booster. Benefits include PTO + Sick Days. Start date is September. Pay is $25-35/hr gross.
