BOSTON FAMILY SEEKS FULL-TIME NANNY FOR INFANT!
STONEHAM, MA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)-Fabulous first-time parents 10 miles north of BOSTON seek a FULL-TIME NANNY for their 9-month-old baby girl (born August 2022). The ideal schedule is 4 10-hour shifts per week. Mom is a nurse and is in charge of scheduling. She is able to provide set days or make changes if needed. The schedule will be known one month in advance. There may be times when the nanny will work 2-3 weekdays and work 1 day during the weekend (not a requirement but preferred). They would also love someone flexible to help with date nights on occasion! They seek a nanny with extensive related experience who can help with all duties related to their child (complete baby care, feeding/sleeping schedules, child’s laundry, structured activities in and out of the house, etc.). No housekeeping duties other than tidying up after the child and meal prep for the child. Parents are both very active and would love for their nanny to take their child outside to play, as well as to playgroups and outings. A family car is provided while on the job, but it would be ideal for the nanny to have their own car as well (mileage reimbursement provided if using your own vehicle). Must have a valid DL and clean driving record! Must be up to date on all vaccines including tdap, influenza, covid, and covid booster. They live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a newly built neighborhood. They live 1-mile from the commuter rail stop that runs in and out of Boston. There are plenty of nearby parks as well as access to a country club for swimming, golf, tennis, etc. They seek a nanny who is kind, patient, trustworthy, energetic, creative, self-driven, communicates well with the child and parents, and is RELIABLE. Both parents have jobs with no flexibility for tardiness or calling in and therefore need a nanny who is dependable and punctual. A plus for anyone with a background in education and/or child development who has knowledge and experience with sleep training, potty training, feeding, achieving physical/emotional milestones, etc. Someone who can work in partnership with mom and dad and co-parent to be an extension of them when they are not around. They are looking for someone who can make a LONG-TERM commitment and grow along with the family! Pay is $25-30/hour depending on experience. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Note: Nanny may be asked to work some minor federal holidays (ex: Labor Day, Columbus Day, MLK, President's Day, etc). Start date is immediate (flexible for the right candidate)!
