Bustling household seeking TWO ROTATIONAL FULL-TIME CAREGIVER/ HOUSEHOLD MANAGER hybrids to work ideally a four-day on, four-day off OR seven-day on, seven-day off schedule. The schedule is typically 6:30 AM arrival, - 9:30 AM, with a 4-5 hr BREAK, then back to work from 3/3:30 PM - as early as 7:30 / as late as 9:30 PM. *Generally speaking, they are completely open in regards to the schedule the two nannies split, but they want to ensure they have the coverage they need and both candidates get the full-time hours they require. Regardless of the logistics, this is a collaborative, team effort Weekends are not required every weekend by any means, but sometimes the kids have tennis tournaments, etc where they need assistance. Ultimately, they are looking for exceptional humans with great integrity and character, people who have a great work ethic, and are super smart, fun, reliable, and efficient. Must be super flexible, organized, and responsible. They are offering a competitive package (pay + several weeks PTO + healthcare monthly stipend)!
The family travels a few times a year so there are a lot of quiet time periods where you are off, or just helping with house stuff, and still paid as normal. They are looking for both people to cover both "nanny" duties and also house/errand jobs - grocery shopping, mailing packages, and general errands like taking the cars to be serviced, laundry, and cutting fruit/veggies. They have someone who cooks dinners, so not a lot of heavy food prep. You will be responsible for meeting service providers (electrician, HVAC, plumbers, etc) and light cleaning. Anyone interested in tennis, or other sports, being a role model, able to help with homework or projects; people who are warm with great personalities and a sense of humor; must be patient, empathetic, and kind are all imperative traits qualities. Their relationship with all of their household employees is highly collaborative. They are so down-to-earth, generous, and kind. Must be great communicators and team players!
The kids are 11 (boy), 12 (girl), and 14 (girl) years old and they are described as cheerful, disciplined, well-mannered, flexible, athletic, academic, curious, and busy! They need to be driven to/from activities that often run until 9:30 PM so driving is an absolute MUST. They keep an Audi Q7 and a Tahoe for you to use. Flexibility is very important to them, as they also need overnight coverage about 1x week and for occasional 3-4 day trips.
They live in a beautiful town and have a large and complex home on 25 acres. Mom does consulting work in the city 1-2 days a week and Dad works full-time in the city. They have a second home in Naples, FL. They are expecting two kittens to join their family in March! No vaccines are required.
LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED! LIVE OUT CANDIDATES ONLY. However, they are willing to consider the perfect fit who may need to live in temporarily to be able to find housing nearby, etc.
