Mental Health Therapist
Brighter Sky Counseling is a growing private practice with a team of collaborative, dedicated therapists working to elevate our clients, our community and each other. Our practice is looking to hire clinicians who embody these values and align with our mission of continued growth, holistic care and access to quality mental health services. This full time position will serve as an outpatient therapist with opportunities to serve adult and adolescent clients. Brighter Sky Counseling serves clients in person or virtually through Telehealth sessions.
Full time positions work an average of 32 hours a week with 28 hours dedicated to direct client sessions. This position works primarily on sight with some hybrid/remote options with approved home office set up.

Qualifications
Active Montana licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT etc)
Strong clinical skills and effective communication skills.
Ability to maintain and keep accurate medical records and schedule management.
Pay
Salary range for full time therapist between $56,000-$88,000. Pay is a base salary plus commission based on number of completed sessions per pay period.

Office is open 7am-8pm M-F. Shifts are based on office availability in 4-6 hour blocks
