We are Family Resource Network located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and we offer a wide variety of family services and supports. These services are made available to the community at large. We have been a prominent resource agency since 1985, helping children and families across Colorado. Family Resource Network is looking for a self-motived and collaborative individual with a strong clinical background to join our spunky group of clinicians.

We are a supportive community with loads of encouragement and compassion!

There is the availability for a flexible schedule, offering evenings!

Weekly consultations with Clinical Director and other experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities and Duties

May include carrying a clinical caseload, conducting intake assessments, individual and psycho-educational groups, treatment plans, meet with patients on a regular basis to provide treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary, conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.

Types of services that are offered in this position include but not limited to, Life Skills, Supervised Visits, Advocacy, Nurturing Parenting Classes, Co-parenting Classes, Intensive Family Services, Family Preservation, etc.

Records management to ensure that all client files maintain audit standards

Participate in weekly team meetings


Required Qualifications:

Possess a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or similar

- LPCc, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMFTc


-Ability to pass a background check on both state and federal level
-Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
-Good standing with DORA

Preferred Qualifications

-Familiarity with EHR (preferred but not required, training is offered)
-A background in managing populations with complex behavioral needs
-Experience with arranging community resources
-Knowledge of Behavioral Health Diagnosis and terminology
-Experience working with complex family systems and dynamics
-Experience in Crisis Intervention
-Understanding of health disparities among various members, based on their race or ethnicity; religion; socioeconomic status; sexual orientation; gender, gender identity; age; mental health; cognitive, sensory, or physical disability; geographic location, or other characteristics historically linked to discrimination and exclusion
-Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills
-Planning and organizational skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
-Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
-Bilingual (Spanish)
