ACPLM is proud to help businesses and communities with their asphalt paving and repair needs. We have provided parking lot maintenance and paving services throughout the state for several years.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work with the shop mechanic to perform maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to trucks (light and heavy), construction equipment (skid steer, paver, roller, etc.) Assist with servicing and repair of all fleet vehicles. Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, replace belts, hoses, inspect brakes, check tires, etc. on all size vehicles
  • Able to follow directions, good sense of prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to crawl under trucks with flexible mobility
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Good communication skills and able to be accommodating with schedule
  • Knowledge of hand tools used to repair and service vehicles
  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer knowledge a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist mechanic with field employees questions, concerns, and complaints pertaining to potential repairs
  • Conducting field runs in case of emergencies, sudden breakdowns and conduct supply runs
  • Adherence to all company and industrial safety standards
  • Able to work weekends with a weekday schedule
  • Assist mechanic with any other tasks needed to complete
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to mechanic’s workload while completing everyday tasks
