Job description
We are looking for a Marketing/Operations Assistant.

This person must be organized, self-motivated, work with high energy and have an outgoing personality.

Duties include answering phones, sales quoting, order entry using our in-house CRM, scheduling client meetings, follow-up with clients on order status, perform local pick-up or deliveries, perform basic site-surveys (take photos and measurements), assist production with wrapping/packaging, preparing correspondence, website and social media management including updating photos, posts, blogging, SEO Keywords and white papers etc.

Most of our sales leads are internet generated and this position will require initial contact and generation of quotes with follow up through the sales process to account management.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as in the requirements listed below.

College degree preferred.
Must have ability to handle a heavy workload.
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Social Media sites and ability to use WordPress
Knowledge of SEO keywords and ranking
Knowledge of Constant Contact
Must be results oriented – Sales and Promotion minded.
Excellent organizational skills, including sense of time.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility in their daily/weekly responsibilities
Compensation: $17/hour plus potential bonus plan *dependent on experience*

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
