Marketing Director

Responsibilities:
• Agent and client support
• Providing marketing design and support to agents and the office
• Support for special events and projects.
• Ability to support all other office functions Responsibilities
● Update and design digital materials (email, social media, etc.) and print collateral (brochures, postcards, business cards, presentations, ads, etc.) to help our agents promote their real estate business.
● Meet with and consult our real estate agents, locally to translate their needs into compelling, quality marketing materials
● Organize content, write basic copy and proof your own work
● Collaborate and work individually
● Manage multiple projects with deadlines
● Organize and prioritize your own workload
● Communicate and present your work clearly and professionally
● Seek opportunities to build trust and increase satisfaction with our team of real estate agents
● Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
● Familiar with Microsoft Office
● Strong knowledge of marketing/design trends and social media platforms
● Professional experience in real estate is a plus
● CRM, Canva, or Xpressdocs experience is a plus
● Self-starter, adaptable, flexible, and accountable
As an integral part of our creative team, you will project manage, conceptualize, and design marketing materials. You’ll use your problem-solving skills and strong sense of visual style to develop both brand and agent marketing materials.
