Maintenance and Transition Coordinator

FULL TIME POSITION as a Property Maintenance and Transition Coordinator for a Property Management Company located in Gilbert managing single-family residential homes throughout the Valley.

***MUST BE A LICENSED REALTOR IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA. *** This is not a handyman position.

This position is fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and have efficient and accurate computer skills. There is out-of-office work.

Duties:
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections of rental homes.
Determine needed repairs for rent-readiness.
Coordinate appropriate work orders with vendors.
Create work orders and communicate with owners regarding any necessary repairs.
Conduct Internal Inspections and Drive-by inspections.
Maintain an efficient flow of work orders with vendors.
Develop new vendor relationships.
Take advertising photos.
Place and pick up lock boxes.
Write and post advertising.

Necessary Qualifications:
AZ Real Estate License is a MUST!
A general handyman aptitude is required. (You will not be conducting the repairs.)
General knowledge of computer applications.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Above average organizational skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Punctual.
Good sense of smell.
Non-smoker.

Attire: Business Casual

Hours: 4-day work week!!! Monday through Thursday -- 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000. commensurate with experience.
(Salary includes mileage compensation.)
