We are seeking a LINE COOK to join our Steakhouse family! The ideal candidate MUST be familiar with cooking temperatures, times, and basic health and food safety.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in overseeing day-to-day culinary operations
Running the line during busy service nights
Assist Chef in Coordinating food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Assist in standardizing recipes and plate presentations
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual a plus.
