Ideal Massage is a family owned business established in 2009 in the Tampa Bay Metropolitan area. We have two locations with over 30 therapists offering a wide variety of massage services and retail products. Our Mission is to elevate relaxation to achieve wellbeing by providing an ideal massage experience to our clients that is customized to their needs.

 

Whether you are newly graduated or well experienced, Ideal Massage is here to help you meet your goals. All LMT's hired by Ideal Massage are Independent contractors (1099 employees).

With competitive pay and no hidden fees, you have more transparency into your daily and weekly earnings. Nights and Weekend bonus available (An extra $5/hr - $35/hr on nights and weekends.) Elevated Services get paid $45/hr (such as Ashiatsu, Hot Stone, Bamboo, Thai & Cupping.

Take control of your schedule with flexible hours & open 7 days a week. In addition, Ideal Massage offers differential pay for weekends and evenings so you can make more when we are the busiest.

Self care is important and it's easy to experience compassion fatigue in the massage industry. That's why Ideal Massage offers additional unique benefits to help you prioritize yourself. Offer 67% discount ($40/hr) towards services (self care). Plus, we offer 50% Friends & Family discount too.
