Qualifications:

-Bilingual (Spanish) a MUST!

-Proactive self starter

-Candidate must be punctual, reliable and organized

-Excellent phone manners, writing and verbal communication skills

-Respond to client concerns in order to increase and retain business

-Computer savvy

Responsibilities:

-New Client intake

-Communication with clients and insurance companies

-Scheduling appointments with medical providers

-Order medical records/reports

-Answering phone calls

-Managing deadlines and calendaring

-Scanning mail

-Mail/email serving documents

-Drafting letters and demands
