Leasing Specialist
We are currently hiring a FULL-TIME and PART- TIME Leasing Consultant! We prefer applicants with prior leasing experience, but applicants with STRONG: Sales and Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply. Weekend availability is required.

-Multi-family industry experience
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others
-Professional verbal and written communication skills
-Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
-Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
-Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
-Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
-Property management software experience
-Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
-Valid driver license and automobile insurance
-Must be able to work weekends
