ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Go Green Customized Lawn Care is looking for a personable, passionate, quality focused lawn care technician. Technicians work independently to service and maintain residential and commercial properties to perform lawn care services using spray equipment, fertilizers, and soil amendments.
• Perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) using organic, or manual controls
• Work with and report to the supervisor to review the day’s work
• Ensure inventory procedures are followed
• Plan and prepare for the next day’s work every evening
• Loading/unloading materials and equipment
• Clean and wash dirty equipment and return to the storage location
• Report broken or damaged equipment to management immediately
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and appropriate driving record with no offenses
• Must have reliable transportation and an updated proof of insurance
• GED or a High School Diploma a plus
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Should display strong organizational skills
• Strong ability to pay attention to detail
• Should be able to stoop, stand, and bend for up to 10+ hours a day
• Should be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Ensure successful completion of all job site reports
• Operate a motorized spreader/sprayer
