Kitchen Manager

We are a small business and looking to grow. There will be opportunity for you to grow with us. We prefer someone with experience with middle eastern restaurants but are open to someone who has experience in the kitchen and is eager to learn.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay $15/hour - $20/hour.
