Insurance Representative
F/T or P/T position. Please note that the position is an in-office position (possibility of part-time remote work after 6 months of employment and completion of training. No prior insurance experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (e-mail/text/in-person). Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required. The position requires obtaining an insurance license (employer paid) -- this will be explained to candidate. Insurance products include vehicle, motorcycle, home, renters, condo units, rental units, apartments, boat, RV, jet ski, trailer, earthquake, jewelry, etc. Candidate will learn servicing of products, explaining policy benefits to customers, processing insurance payments, quoting insurance, completing applications and other administration tasks in the office. High school graduate or GED required, some college preferred but not required. $18/hour starting pay with adjustment upon completion of passing insurance licensing.
