DESCRIPTION
Prepares site for daily work, performs all housekeeping and duties necessary for daily activities
in a semiconductor fab clean room environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Signal material lift, man lift and scissor lift operators to facilitate alignment, movement
and adjustment of large parts and materials.
• Provide awareness to workers regarding safety hazards prior and during work
operations.
• Highlight potential obstructions in the work areas.
• Control foot traffic passing near, in, and around work zones.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards, while following all
waste handling guidelines.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, ladders, safety barricades, guardrails and corply
bullet proofing.
• Load, unload and identify building materials, equipment and tools and distribute them
to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications.
• Act as a watch when metal, plastic or aluminum cutting is performed by craft workers in
cut shop.
• Expedites materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work sites.
• Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various housekeeping
activities.
• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including
wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

• Able to perform some support tasks with close supervision/direction and support.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions and documentation.
• The degree of job responsibilities and requirements may vary depending on months of
experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent with 0-1 years of semiconductor automation experience; or
construction trade education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS
• Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
• Plan work and select proper tools.
• Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects.
• Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.
• Make decisions based on measurable criteria.
• Work at heights without fear.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require
exercising independent judgement. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Proven experience as assembler
Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
• Familiarity with more than one set of the following pieces of equipment operation and
maintenance: Stocker, AMHS track, OHV systems
• Safety orientated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean preferred.
TRAVEL
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, projects will run 6-8 months (travels may include
overseas sites). A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required. Must have or be eligible
to obtain a passport for international travel.
