Recruiter

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter. Responsibilities include Placing Adds, identifying and selecting highly skilled candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Salary

Income expectations, Between $15/hr-$18/hr (Depending on experience )

Essential Qualities:

-High School or equivalent

-Must be fluent in English and Spanish

-Must Have Sales Experience or Retail Experience at a minimum

-Positive Attitude and Winning Personality

-Energetic

-Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Salesforce

-Enjoy working with people and the public.
