As a session coach you will work with members to ensure their sessions are effective and safe.

Session Coach and Member Services: Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide members through orientation appointments according to OsteoStrong’s standards.
  • Guide members through our unique process to improve bone density, with a primary focus on safety.
  • Become a subject matter expert on bone density and it’s vital roll as your body’s 2nd largest organ.
  • Work with members to establish their Baseline Markers (personal metrics) so they can measure their progress.
  • Welcome, engage, educate, and retain clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Promote OsteoStrong and assist with selling new memberships through an established sales process.
  • Assist with scheduling of member appointments.
  • Provide feedback to the owner and manager on ways to better serve our members.
  • Support a positive culture. Lead with kindness and have fun.

Minor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members.
  • Answer phones, check-in and schedule members for their next appointment.
  • Handle member emails and draft correspondence.
  • Open and close center per the established guidelines.
  • Promotes OsteoStrong and encourages new clients.
  • Guide members through orientation appointments according to OsteoStrong’s standards.

Qualifications for the Job:

Education: High school diploma is required, continuing education preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in health, fitness, training or coaching.

Experience: At least 2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience highly preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to study, learn and verbalize information about OsteoStrong and our modalities and offerings.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Organized with attention to detail.

· Works well under pressure and deadline; the ability to multitask

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to maintain Baseline Markers.

· Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to be on your feet helping customers throughout the day.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
