General Manager

Heavenly Crust Pizza seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager at our Flower Mound location. Heavenly Crust® was established to make the best-tasting thin crust pizza anywhere and donate 50% of our profits to Christian charity.

General Manager Responsibilities:

* Work alongside employees to deliver high-quality food and service to patrons. 90% of the job is making pizzas, appetizers and desserts

* Oversight of all restaurant employees, include hiring and training staff

* Abide by company policy and Federal, State, and Local guidelines

* Prepare and receive orders of food, beverages and supplies

* Lead by example and collaborate with ownership on a day to day to implement restaurant best practices to further enhance the overall guest experience and restaurant sales

* Build the business through outside sales to businesses, schools and churches

 

Requirements:

* 2+ years exp in a Restaurant Manager/ leadership role

* Able to work evenings and weekends

* Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

* Driver's License (Preferred)

* Food Safety and Planning (ServSafe) Manager's Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year including bonuses
