Job Description:
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We train you from the ground up to become a professional ballroom dance teacher. All new hires are given an extensive ballroom dance/teacher training program from top professional dancers and earners in the field.
Looking for applicants interested in a LONG TERM CAREER in the industry!
REQUIREMENTS: Strong work ethic, people person, enjoy learning. Applicants must be legal adults/Gen Z.
HOURS: Between 12pm - 7/8pm (with some flexibility) + some weekend events through the year.
BENEFITS: Paid vacation with more benefits vested through time. Matched health care.
PAY: Starting base $43,600 with immediate commission opportunities! Potential to earn over 140k/year.
