Family Medicine Physician Opportunity - Destin, FL
Type of practice:
Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach, and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre, Crestview and DeFuniak Springs.
Type of employment: First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
Number of physicians:
o Family Practice: 7 doctors, 7 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP)
o Total in clinic: 53 doctors, 33 extenders (PA or ARNP)
• Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
• Requirements: US Resident or Green card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing
residency/fellowship)

• Call: Rotating call schedule between all family practice doctors
• Average number of patients per day: 25-30
