Engine Builder

We are a premier boutique automotive restoration shop looking for someone interested in joining our team to help build engines for the cars we restore and for customers who just wants to buy one of our kick ass American Motors V8 engines. Our typical performance builds have over 400 HP and high HP builds are well over 500 HP. We take old muscle and collector cars and make them new again and the current opportunity is for a journeyman engine builder with machinist measuring tools needed to blueprint each build in order to ensure that all machine work is done correctly and that all reused and new parts are within spec.

We also do traditional maintenance and repairs on collector cars but our primary business is high end restorations and engine builds of older cars that people plan to keep for many years. We do nearly all the restoration work in house which makes this a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning the collector car restoration trade in addition to performing engine builds. Full and part time employees get a week's paid vacation per year plus 7 paid holidays (prorated for part time workers). We offer a monthly bonus to assist with health care premium cost and will be starting a 401K match on July 1, 2024. All new employees start out as contractors for the first 30 days and are then eligible to become full or part time W2 employees upon demonstating that they have the skills required to build our bulletproff engines.
