Flatbed Hotshot Freight Dispatcher

 

Position Summary: As a Flatbed Hotshot-specific Freight Dispatch Agent, operate and represent TBK Transportation under our carrier authority, providing information, guidance and troubleshooting logistical tasks for our company drivers and owner-operators. Our on-site capabilities allow us to grow strategically as well as have you be the face of the company with our direct customers. We provide ALL the back office administrative and support work so that you can focus on dispatching for your team. Agents that successfully follow our processes and develop a robust team to dispatch for and can jump into the 6-figure range. Responsibilities:

· Maintain and develop exceptional existing accounts and prospect for new

accounts

· Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers

· Tracking and documenting relevant activities

Job Type: Full-time

 

Earnings Potential: $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

*Commission-based structure!*

 

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (subject to change dependent on your driver load)
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
