Director of Operations Position Summary

BridgeStars seeks a Director of Operations to assist with all aspects of the non-profit, including operations management, program design and project management, event planning and management, engagement outreach. The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. This position is unique and requires ability to work in an unstructured and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities for Role

Serves as Chief of Staff to Executive Director and leads up management.
Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Participates in program and project strategy and manages projects including their operational aspects.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates programs and budgetary requirements.
Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
Ability to travel on average 3 days a month.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $75,000

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
