We are seeking a Partner Dentist to join our emerging dental group, Clove Dental (------------). Clove Dental is bringing the best of both worlds - centralized non-clinical functions combined with a team-based clinical approach. As a Partner Dentist, you will have the opportunity to earn equity in your practice and in the group over time and join a winning team. You will have autonomy over your care and practice, and we will equip you with the best equipment (CBCT, etc.), staff, and technology.
We have an immediate opening for a Partner Dentist to be located in Ventura, California. Please apply as soon as possible. The interview steps consist of an initial screening call, a working interview, and then placement into a practice.
We offer our Partner Dentists:
-30% of estimated collections every 2 weeks
-Quarterly bonus that can be paid out or invested back into the group
Our Partner Dentists are expected to:
-Need to be employed minimum of 4 days a week, minimum 2 Fridays a month
-Work 1 Saturday every month
-Work evenings 1x a week
-Responsible for getting a cover during emergency or holiday
Our Ideal Partner Dentists:
-At least 2 years of production history
-Strong academic track record and references
-Want to own their own practice and benefit from the group growth
-Entrepreneurial, and do right by the patient every time
