Dental Hygienist

Small dental office in downtown Downers Grove seeking a part time Dental Hygienist to join our team 3-4 days a week with flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative dental care, including cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Clean and polish teeth.
Remove plaque and tartar from teeth.
Educate patients on oral hygiene.
Perform routine dental exams.
Take and develop x-rays.
Provide preventative care advice to patients.
Maintain patient records.


Requirements:

Valid dental hygiene license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Familiarity with dental software programs
