We are seeking a skilled and personable Dental Concierge/Assistant to be the face of our practice and ensure a seamless experience for our valued patients.. The candidate we choose for this position will be energetic, dependable individual to communicate value and rapport with patients in a fun filled progressive cosmetic & implant practice in the Pewaukee Area. Customer Service and/or sales skills is a definite plus!

Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Coordination: Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate treatment plans.
Ensure patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
Communication:Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries.
Provide clear and concise information about dental procedures and services.
Office Management:Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage patient files and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of dental supplies.
Assistance to Dental Team:Provide chairside assistance to the dental team as needed.
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or related customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in dental software and office management systems.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional dental assistant certification is a plus.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
