Dental Assistant II
Full-time DA II ready to work in a busy pediatric setting. We work 4 days per week 8-4:30 and we alternate Mondays and Fridays as off days. Tasks include, but not limited to…

• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctor's schedule and patient flow
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart
• Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• Educate patients and address their questions and/or concerns
• Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately in patient's chart.
• Clean and prepare operatory per company procedures prior to patient appointment
• Sterilize equipment and operatories per OSHA guidelines
• Required Certifications: all certifications required to earn DAII status including coronal polishing

Additionally, we take care of our staff's dental cleanings when the schedule allows. Our employees can count on their scheduled hours- for example, if we encounter a slow day, we do not believe in sending our staff home.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
