Daycare Teacher
Sunny Day Academy is an early education childcare center in the Columbus, Ohio area. We have 5 locations, three Sunny Day Academy location and two Emilia School locations. Our centers are located in Hilliard, Dublin, Powell, and Gahanna. We are currently seeking applications for individuals who have a passion for teaching children. Our centers enroll students 6 weeks- 12 years old. We are open Monday thru Friday 7 am-6pm. We ae closed weekends. We are looking to hire full time and part time staff in all age groups. A typical day would start with greeting parents and children upon arrival, following the classroom schedule, implementing curriculum, feeding am snack, lunch and pm snack to the class, nurturing children, encouraging the children to try new skills, having fun, creating an inclusive learning environment, keeping a well organized classroom, completing daily cleaning schedule, taking pictures of the children, updating digital daily reports, etc. If you are interested in making a positive impact on young children's growth and development please send a resume to ------------ and let us know what center you would be most interested in apply for. Candidates must be able to pass a BCI and FBI background check, be physically fit to work in childcare, have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in early college ECE program or higher degrees.
