Customer Service Representative

Come build relationships with us! We are looking for a warm, friendly person to join the team of rock stars at the front desk at Wakarusa Veterinary Hospital. This unique and incredibly important position creates a bridge between pet owners, pets and the rest of the veterinary staff. Caring is what we do and who we are, so anyone joining our team must exude that quality. This position involves lots of communication with pet owners, whether in person, on the phone, e-mail or various social media outlets. Other duties include, but are not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, placing orders, running reports, client education, product knowledge, using veterinary software, filling prescriptions, being part of a team that focuses on work life balance, being the face of our hospital, seeing LOTS of dogs and cats that walk in the door every day, being a part of making the lives of pets better every day, among many other things!
