Full-time Customer Service Representative at a Property Management company

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH

We are looking for a motivated and organized team member to help us grow!

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls/emails
- Scheduling repairs/maintenance/cleaning requests and properly ensure resolution
- Keep track on leases, renewals and rent/utilities collection
- Update company's databases
- Filing / Scanning
- Inspect apartments prior to move ins and after move outs.
- Create reports for Accounting Department
- Collate and distribute mail
- Create invoices
- Be involved with the company's Marketing

Requirements:
- Must have great customer service skills and be able to problem solve
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Know how to move around the city
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Capable of working independently and collaborating with colleagues
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
