Lucie's Wholesome Kitchen is a family-style dinner service in Costa Mesa.
We serve delicious homestyle classics from a ghost kitchen to families in Costa Mesa and surrounding areas.
We're growing rapidly and looking for great people who can prep, cook, and wash dishes in a deadline-driven environment.
30-35hrs/week for the right candidate.
Management experience can pay more.
Responsibilities:
- Cutting, chopping, and storing
- Cooking (boiling noodles, browning meat, following recipes)
- Dishwashing and returning the kitchen to a clean state
- Portioning ingredients
- Building boxes
- Assembling orders
Requirements:
- Current food workers permit
- Appropriate dress: closed toe shoes, long hair pulled back
- At least 3 months experience in a kitchen
- Ability to safely and efficiently handle a knife
- Ability to work weekday afternoons (core hours are 4-6, your shift may begin before this time or end after this time with some flexibility)
- Own transportation

- Will work to specification, and respectfully suggest improvements
- Efficient and clean
- Has experience working to a deadline
- Willing to deliver if needed
